CH-30 TOFFEE VACUUM COOKER |
Together with
the Cooling Line, the universal Cooker and Mixer, CH-30 represents a complete
unit for the production of toffee and softcaramel masses. The ready cooked mass is discharged into a tiltable dump cart which receives the whole botch, and which facilitatesemptying the batch on the cooling tables.
