＊ The complete vacuum installation comprises a water ring pump with direct drive motor, condenser, vacuum valve and vacuum guage. The high and low position of vacuum valve can also be adjusted too.

Together with the Cooling Line, the universal Cooker and Mixer, CH-30 represents a complete unit for the production of toffee and softcaramel masses.
The ready cooked mass is discharged into a tiltable dump cart which receives the whole botch, and which facilitatesemptying the batch on the cooling tables.
The table surface shows an eventemperature, and a maxinmum of heat tranpfer is obtained.
